Your Candle(s)

How often should I trim the wick on my candle?

Trim your wick every 3–4 hours of burn time to about ¼ inch before relighting. This prevents carbon buildup and helps avoid the wick falling into the wax or burning too hot.

After burning and then cooling, the wax looks "choppy" and has holes. Is that ok?

Absolutely! This means you have a 100% soy wax candle and that is part of the cooling process. It never impacts the burn or smell of your candle and is purely cosmetic.

How long will my candle burn?

Total burn time depends heavily on the scent. During testing, all candles have achieved a total burn time between 40-60 hours. This will depend heavily on your burning habits and environment, but if you follow the burning instructions you should see this range. 

What are Meridian Street Candles made of? 

Our candles are made using 100% pure U.S. soy wax and blended with high quality U.S. blended fragrance oils. We also use wicks that are lead and zinc free. This creates a clean burning candle that is free of harsh chemicals and residues.

When will my order ship?

We strive to ship most orders within 1-3 business days, however we are a small business and sometimes life gets in the way. We'll let you know if there will be a delay in your shipment. We also try to ship items on Monday's so that candles arrive during the week and do not sit on a truck (especially in the summer months) over the weekend waiting to get delivered.
